You are responsible for ensuring that your content does not violate applicable laws or the rights of others.

Intellectual Property

The Euclid Projects name, logos, branding, software, website design, documentation, and related materials are owned by Euclid Projects or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

These Terms do not grant you ownership of our intellectual property.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from our services except as permitted by applicable law or with our prior written permission.

Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features may require a paid subscription.

Subscriptions purchased through:

• Google Play are billed and managed by Google.
• Lemon Squeezy are billed and managed through our website.

Subscription pricing, billing periods, and available plans are displayed at the time of purchase.

Unless cancelled before renewal, subscriptions may automatically renew according to the billing terms of the payment provider.

Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

Purchases made through Google Play are subject to Google's refund policies.

Purchases made through our website are subject to the Euclid Projects Refund Policy and the applicable payment provider's policies.

Availability

We strive to provide reliable services but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time without prior notice.

Third-Party Services

Our services rely on trusted third-party providers, including:

• Cloudflare
• Google Firebase
• Google Play
• Lemon Squeezy

Your use of services provided by these third parties may also be subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our website and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Euclid Projects disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that our services will always be available, secure, accurate, or free from errors.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Euclid Projects and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the services.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the services shall not exceed the amount you paid to Euclid Projects for the applicable service during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or USD $100 if you have not made any payment, whichever is greater.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Euclid Projects from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of:

• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your misuse of the services.
• Your violation of the rights of another person or entity.

Termination

You may stop using our services at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access to our services if you violate these Terms or if continued access could harm our users, services, or legal interests.

Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that accrued before termination.

Updated Terms will be posted on our website with a revised Effective Date.

Governing Law
