Because our products are delivered digitally and are often available immediately after purchase, refunds are subject to the conditions described below.

Purchases Through Google Play

If you purchase a subscription or digital product through Google Play, your payment is processed by Google.

Refund requests for Google Play purchases must be submitted through your Google account or Google Play Support.

Google determines refund eligibility in accordance with its own policies.

Euclid Projects cannot issue refunds for purchases processed by Google Play.

Purchases Through Our Website

If you purchase a subscription directly through https://euclidprojects.org, payments are securely processed by Lemon Squeezy.

Refund requests for website purchases should be sent to Euclid Projects using the contact information provided below.

Each request is reviewed individually.

When Refunds May Be Granted

We may approve a refund in situations including, but not limited to:

  • Duplicate purchases.
  • Accidental purchases reported promptly after the transaction.

  • Technical issues that prevent the purchased service from functioning and cannot be resolved by our support team.
  • Other exceptional circumstances at our sole discretion or where required by applicable law.

Approval of a refund request is not guaranteed and will depend on the circumstances of each case.

Subscription Cancellation

Cancellation prevents future billing but does not automatically entitle you to a refund for payments already made, unless required by law or approved under this Refund Policy.

After cancellation, you may continue using your subscription until the end of the current billing period.
